The Test Chamber (800 x 600 x 300mm) provides opportunity for measuring the charge dissipation capabilities of materials under defined conditions of temperature and humidity. Humidity can be controlled and measured from over 70% RH down below 15% RH.

Dry Air Supply Unit JCI 192
The unit provides a convenient source of very dry air (-40C dewpoint) for continuous operation of the JCI 191 test chamber. The mains powered unit (240V or 115V preset) is 435 x 335 x 130mm.(see also JCI 192 User Manual)
On-line Charge Decay Monitor 304
For continuous non-contact measurement of static charge dissipation capabilities of moving webs and films with 'anti-static' coatings. At 0.3 m sec-1 covers charge decay times from about 0.02 to 20 seconds. Direct or fibre-optic RS 232 link to IBM PC or compatible microcomputer. Software gives direct analysis, display and storage of on-line observations with one or two sensing head units.
